How do I get a new SIM card or eSIM?

Getting your Onic SIM or eSIM is quick and hassle-free! Here’s how:

1️⃣ Visit our website or download the Onic Mobile App.
2️⃣ Select your base plan and click Next.
3️⃣ Choose your SIM type – Physical SIM or eSIM.
4️⃣ Select "New Number" and pick your preferred one.
5️⃣ Enter your profile & required details, then verify via OTP sent to your email.
6️⃣ Choose Pickup – If available in your city, you can visit an Onic Spot to complete biometric verification and collect your SIM.
7️⃣ Make a secure payment using Credit/Debit Card, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Account.
8️⃣ Go to Onic Pickup Location to complete biometric verification, to get your SIM.

Note: After getting SIM, you can follow the steps in the Onic App to Activate your SIM. Login to your account, then select "Activate my SIM" option followed by scanning the barcode on your SIM card to activate SIM.

Physical SIM will be handed over you after Biometric verification, eSIM QR code will be available in the Onic App and also sent to your registered email. 

📌 Important: Biometric verification is mandatory before your SIM can be activated.
