How can I order a replacement SIM?

If you need a replacement SIM, ordering it from Onic is quick and easy! Just follow these simple steps:

1️⃣ Open the Onic app 📱
Launch the Onic app on your phone.

2️⃣ Go to the Profile Tab 🔑
Tap on the profile icon to access your account.

3️⃣ Navigate to Account Management
Under the profile tab, select Account Management.

4️⃣ Select Additional Services
Find the Additional Services section and click on Replace SIM/eSIM.

5️⃣ Choose Pickup Location 🚚
You will need to pick up your replacement SIM from an Onic Spot (if available in your city) 
Charges: Rs. 500 

6️⃣ Complete the Process
Follow the prompts to complete your order, and your replacement SIM will be on its way!

📌Note: BVS (Biometric Verification System) will be mandatory during the SIM replacement process.
