If you're not receiving OTPs (One-Time Passwords) from websites or apps, follow these steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check Network Connection: Ensure you have a stable network connection. Poor reception or no signal can delay or prevent OTPs from being delivered.
2. Verify Number: Double-check that the correct phone number is registered on the website or app from which you're trying to receive the OTP.
3. Clear Message App Cache: Clear the cache of your messaging app or try using a different SMS app to receive OTPs.
4. Ensure Your Inbox is Not Full: If your SMS inbox is full, new messages (including OTPs) might not be received. Delete some old messages to free up space.
5. Disable Any Blocking Features: Make sure no SMS blockers or filters are set up in your messaging app that could block OTP messages.
6. Restart Your Phone: A quick restart may help in case there’s a temporary issue preventing OTP delivery.
7. Check for SMS Delays: Sometimes, OTPs can be delayed due to network congestion or issues with the sending server. Wait a few minutes and try again.
