If you're experiencing poor network signals, try the following steps to improve the situation:
Restart Your Phone 🔄 Sometimes, a simple restart can help reset your connection and improve signal strength.
Switch to Airplane Mode ✈️ Turn on Airplane mode for 10-15 seconds, then turn it off. This can help refresh your network connection.
Move to a Different Location 🚶♀️ Signal strength can vary depending on your location. Try moving to an area with fewer obstructions, like closer to a window or open space.
Check Network Settings 📡 Go to your phone’s settings and ensure you are connected to the correct network (Onic 4G). Sometimes, manually selecting the network can help.
Turn Off Battery Saver/Power Saving Mode 🔋 This can sometimes limit your phone's ability to connect to the network. Try turning it off and check the signal again.
Update Your Phone’s Software 📲: Make sure your phone’s software is up to date, as this can sometimes help with connectivity issues.
Reinsert the SIM if you’re using a physical SIM, try removing and reinserting it to make sure it’s seated properly.
Check Coverage Area Poor signals can occur if you are in an area with limited Onic coverage. You can check our coverage area by contacting our support team.
If none of these steps improve your signal, please reach out to Onic Support via in-app chat, helpline (339 from Onic / 051-111-339-111 for all networks), or email happiness@onic.pk. 💜 Our support team is here to assist! 😊
